Heating cable, is made of cable structure, power as energy, the use of alloy resistance wire or carbon fiber heating body for far infrared electricity heating, known as carbon fiber floor heating, to achieve the effect of heating or insulation. There are usually single lead and double lead, known as the heating cable.
Working principle of heating cable:
The inner core of the heating cable is composed of a cold wire hot wire, and the outside is composed of an insulating layer, a grounding layer, a shielding layer and an outer sheath. After the heating cable is energized, the hot wire heats up and runs at a temperature of 40 ~ 60℃. The heating cable buried in the filling layer transmits the heat energy to the heating body through the way of heat conduction (convection) and the way of 8-13um far infrared radiation emitted.

Power supply line → transformer → low voltage distribution device → household meter → temperature controller → heating cable → radiate heat into the room through the floor

(1) After the heating cable is energized, it will heat, its temperature is 40℃ - 60℃, through the contact conduction, heating the cement layer surrounded by it, and then transmitted to the floor or tile, and then through the convection way to heat the air, the conduction heat accounts for 50% of the heat of the heating cable.

After the heating cable is energized, the hot wire composed of nickel alloy metal in it heats up, and runs at a low temperature of 40 ~ 60℃. The heating cable buried in the filling layer transmits the heat energy to the heated body through the way of heat conduction (convection) and the way of 8-13μm far infrared radiation.
