In August of 2022, we Shanghai Dingzun, got a very special inquiry, that a USA company who has a power station in Tanzania Africa, He was annoyed since, he bought 10,000 meters instrument cables from a famous US cable manufacturer, later when installing these cables, they did not work, even emitted black smoke, and almost destroyed the instruments. Then, he called Indian supplier, who provided him a perfect technical file, but when the second purchasing result really disappointed him again.
The first phone call conversation was really hard, the buyer showed his experience, and really doubted whether in China, there is any possibility to get correct cables. He didn’t believe our factory is capable for this multi pair cable. And required a US or UK company as our reference, to investigate our background, quality standard, delivery, technical level etc.
We recommended our US buyer who bought our cables regularly, and gave him all the details we faced now. after 3 times phone conversations, he realizes that Shanghai Dingzun Cable got good reputation among US buyers, our service and quality has been highly acknowledged.
The buyer is not very familiar with the cable technology; however, we met great problem in the beginning, we patiently, ask all the details, and analyzed the possible problems when producing. We amended our proposal 4 times, and finally we presented 3 plans 20pages of technical files. The client gradually realized that we were reliable and professional supplier. Finally, he sent all the plans for end user to approve, and paid in advance for the order. But he still repeated that he put last hope in our delivery, he could not accept any mistake.
15 days later we smoothly finished bulk production and effected an air shipment, both parties were waiting the installation results. After one week, the buyer wrote me” Everyone Happy! At the moment they are ok for T/C cable. I could recommend your company as a reference.”
Eventually, our buyer was satisfied with our products, we have 18 years of manufacturing experience, and familiar with various kinds of different cables for instruments.
