Dingzun use NICKEL PLATED COPPER as conductor in order to guarantee the safe electricity circuit under extreme high temperature, as well know 100% copper and tinned copper are easy to oxidize under such high temperature. Insulation is mica tape wrapping, and Chinese mica quality is the best in the world. Mica tape can protect the cable in the case of fire for 30minutes at least. outer sheath is glass fiber braided, which can work under 1000 degree .
NICKEL COPPER 500DEGREE MICA CABLE UL5107/UL5128 MGT has been widely used in high temperature working condition area such as petrochemical, glass factory, steel plant etc. and we also get certified with UL5107/UL5128. The only difference is rated voltage is 300V or 600v.
