2 PAIRS DOUBLE SHIELDED SIGNAL CABLE is a special signal cable, which need double shielded to make sure the signal can be transmitted without any disturb and loss.
For the shield, we have used al foil for wrapping the twisted pair, the twisted pitch is very important which closely related to the attenuation index. Every pair we also used the TC wire braiding to avoid the noise from neighbor pair. And afterwards, we use an overall shield i.e. same TC wire braid to separate the outside environmental noise. Therefore, with multi shield layer, our cable can get the signal without loss and clutter interference.

For this cable, client need movable installation, so we designed fep as insulation to decrease the diameter, meanwhile, we use 100/0.08 construction to assure the flexibility, class6 conductor is adopted to apply for this kind of cable. Silicone as the outer jacket, so the whole cable is very soft and of low min. bending radius. Furthermore, fep, silicone combination provides the possibility for high temperature environment use.
