This is a ptfe multi core control cable. Comparing to normal PVC Control CABLE, client asked for ptfe insulation, and PTFE jacket, as he need these cables using at a quite high temperature condition. As we know, PTFE can stand 260-degree high temperature.
So, the conductor cannot be normal tinned copper, as under such high temperature, conductor is easily oxidized, we used nickel plated copper, which can protect the conductor from high temperature working environment.
Finally, client required Armor, we need use nickel copper as well for braiding, which can protect the cable, and shielding the environmental interferences, the strict Overall diameter needs very precise production , Dingzun Cable which has been engaging in manufacturing high temperature wire and cable over 18 years, can handle such PTFE multi core cables.
