We have 18 years of manufacturing experience in producing high temperature wire, for family insulation, we always provide clients as: FEP/PFA/PTFE/ETFE wire, which can be used in different temperature working conditions.
1, is a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer. The melting cohesiveness increased, the viscosity of the solution decreased, and the properties did not change compared with PTFE. This resin can be directly processed into products by ordinary thermoplastic forming method.
2, long-term use of temperature -196--260 degrees Celsius, has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, friction coefficient in the plastic is the lowest, and very good electrical performance, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature, known as the "king of plastics".
